The last few years I have learned and healed more myself than all other years combined... (25+ experience 🤫)
Diving deep into what is working, what needs some tweaks and what I needed to let go of even when it seemed to be comfortable... it was keeping me stuck.
I have learned it's okay to love myself as much as I love others. It may sound funny, but this was a very hard lesson for me. To put myself first and not feel guilty, that's not how I was raised. To stop and think about what I want, like, enjoy had been peppered in when I tried to find a little happy in the chaos of life but it never stuck. It was so much easier for me to set up fun for others and see what would make them happy.
This part of my journey isn't over, as I love to try new things and learn... so I may only do some things once, but it sparks something in me that I'd been missing... I did something for me, just to see if I liked it.
